The Market runs from 7:30am – 1 pm and is located in the Hamburg Village Municipal Parking Lot off Main St. (Rt. 62), Buffalo, and Union Streets.
We will be offering a variety of Microgreens to start the season off.
Microgreens are 2 week old Seedlings that are Super Tasty, and provide 4-40 times More Nutrients than full-sized vegetables!

Do all you microgreens need to be watered & refrigerated?
I bought a 4 pack yesterday and only one is in popcorn

The best time to harvest microgreens (peak flavor and nutrients) are when they are 4-5″ tall. You should store the harvested shoots in the refrigerator; they’ll last for over a week, and some varieties like sunflower will last for nearly 3 weeks refrigerated.
The popcorn and ghost pea microgreens in 4″ pots will need to be bottom-watered and kept in the dark until they reach 6-8″ tall – they should not be placed in the refrigerator until they are harvested.
